At Fitnastix Academy, we believe every child deserves the chance to move, play, and grow in a safe, inclusive, and fun environment. Our mission is to nurture strength, coordination, confidence, and lifelong healthy habits through an innovative mix of recreational gymnastics, creative obstacle challenges, and movement-based play.

Guided by our passionate and qualified team of experienced gymnastics coaches Fitnastix is more than just a program. It’s a community where children discover their potential, parents feel confident in their child’s safety, and healthy habits are built to last a lifetime.

Our Roots & Founder

Fitnastix program was born within “Olympus Dance and Music Academy”, where founder Natalya Pakshyna first introduced recreational gymnastics as part of the academy’s diverse programs. What started as a small initiative soon grew into a fully developed curriculum—combining gymnastics fundamentals, parkour-style movement, and creative play—becoming the independent Fitnastix Academy it is today.

Natalya has dedicated her career to inspiring children through movement. With over 20 years of teaching experience—working with kids across dance, ballet, contemporary dance, acrobatics, and gymnastics— she has developed a deep understanding of how young people learn, grow, and thrive through physical activity. Her focus has always been on creating accessible, fun, and confidence-building gymnastics experiences for children of all ages and abilities.
